We manage sellers' Amazon businesses end-to-end — listing optimization, advertising (PPC), inventory planning, account operations, and overall strategy — on a commission basis. LRT Media is the trading brand of Lotus Labs, a proprietorship registered in India (Udyam Registration No. UDYAM-DL-03-0081841).

Access to Your Amazon Seller Account
To manage your account, we work inside your Amazon Seller Central account using the access you grant us — normally by adding us as an authorized user with the permissions needed for the services you've hired us for. We only ask for the access our work actually requires.
Through this access we may view and work with:
Orders, sales, and settlement/financial reports
Advertising campaigns, ad spend, and performance metrics
Inventory and fulfillment data, including FBA
Product, listing, and catalog details (ASINs/SKUs)
Account health and performance information
Brand Analytics data, where your account has access
How we treat your Amazon account data:
We use it only to deliver, run, and improve the services you've asked for.
We never sell it, rent it, or share it for advertising.
We don't combine data from different sellers to build or sell products or insights to outside parties.
We don't use it to contact or market to Amazon's shoppers, and we never create or ask for fake reviews.
We never ask for or store your Amazon password — we work only through the authorized user access you grant us.
We handle everything in line with Amazon's Acceptable Use Policy.
Turning off our access. You can remove our access at any time in Seller Central under Settings → User Permissions, or just email us at team@lrtmedia.com and we'll confirm. Once access is removed, we stop working in your account and delete any reports or data we've saved, as explained under "How Long We Keep Data."

How Long We Keep Data
We keep personal information and any Amazon account data only as long as we need it to provide the service and to meet legal, tax, or accounting duties.
When you remove our access, end your engagement, or ask us to delete your data, we delete any reports or data we've saved within 30 days, unless the law requires us to keep it.
Backups are cleared on our normal backup cycle.
Where law requires us to keep certain records (such as tax records), we keep only those records, for only as long as required.
